To provide the service you signed up for: reports, targets, the bonus calculation, the close-period email, and to support you. The legal basis is the contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the service securely. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
TillBrief shows staff names from your till against the sales they rang and any bonus earned. You are the employer and responsible for telling your team that this is how the scheme is worked out. We process it on your instructions.
On servers in London (Fly.io). Backups are kept for up to 5 days. We do not transfer data outside the UK/EEA except where a sub-processor does so under standard contractual clauses.
For as long as your account is open. Remove a shop and its synced sales are deleted at once. Delete your account and everything is deleted immediately (server backups rotate within 30 days), except payment records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
You can delete your account yourself at any time (Settings → Delete this account, or see how to delete your account). You can also ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
